These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fast Track Transportation website and any forms, quote requests, or communications submitted through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Brokerage Role (Not a Carrier)

Fast Track Transportation operates as a freight broker (MC #1782036). We arrange transportation of freight through third-party motor carriers and logistics providers. We do not operate trucks and do not assume the role of a motor carrier unless explicitly stated in writing.

Quotes, Rates, and Estimates

Any quote, rate indication, or pricing information provided is based on the shipment details you provide and the market conditions at the time of quoting.

• All pickup and delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed.
• Rates may change if shipment details, accessorial needs, timing constraints, or other requirements differ from what was provided.
• Availability of equipment and capacity is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

User and Shipper Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting quotes or services, including:

• Correct freight description, weight, dimensions, and packaging
• Accurate pickup and delivery locations and instructions
• Appointment requirements, site constraints, and accessorial needs
• Any special handling or documentation requirements

You are responsible for ensuring freight is properly packaged and compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including any restrictions related to hazardous or regulated materials.

Service Limitations

We may decline to quote or coordinate shipments at our discretion, including when information is incomplete, requirements are unclear, or capacity is unavailable. We may also require additional documentation before coordinating certain shipments.

Cargo Claims and Liability

Cargo loss, damage, or delay claims are generally governed by applicable law and the terms and conditions of the contracted carrier. Fast Track Transportation, as a broker, does not assume carrier liability for cargo unless agreed in writing.

Where appropriate, we may assist with claim coordination, documentation routing, and communications; however, claim outcomes are determined by carrier liability rules, insurance, and supporting evidence.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Fast Track Transportation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
• If liability is found, Fast Track Transportation’s total direct liability related to a website use or service request will be limited to amounts actually paid to Fast Track Transportation for the specific brokerage service giving rise to the claim, if any, unless otherwise required by law.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Fast Track Transportation and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
